As your age increases, you will grow old. Arthritis is caused by smoking and lack of exercise. Arthritis is most commonly found in women, people who are more obese, due to which there is more pressure on their joints, due to which arthritis occurs.

Types of Arthritis:-

There are many types of arthritis which occur in small children to old age people like -

Osteoarthritis - This type of arthritis has been found to be the most, which has affected millions of people all over the world, it is also known as degenerative joint disease (DJD). It affects the tissue near the bones and joints, due to which there is difficulty in walking, getting up, and sitting.

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) - This is an autoimmune disease, in which there is a chronic inflammatory disorder that affects your hands and feet. In this disease, the immune system affects its own body tissue, such as joints.

Sometimes it also happens that it affects the internal organs. This is due to the swelling of the joint linings, when we do not do it properly then bone erosion and joint deformity start to happen.

After this it also becomes very difficult to treat it, in this you can do some meditation and it can be reduced by taking anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDS).

Childhood Arthritis

Childhood arthritis is also called juvenile arthritis. This type of arthritis has been seen in children, in which there is pain and swelling in the joints of children. There are many types of childhood arthritis like - Oligoarticular-persistent JA Oligoarticular–extended JA Polyarticular–RF negative JA Polyarticular–RF positive JA Systemic JA Enthesitis-related arthritis psoriatic arthritis

Fibromyalgia - This type of disorder causes fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. In this disease, musculoskeletal pain starts.

Gout - This is a common and complex form of arthritis that can happen to anyone, it happens suddenly in which you can have pain, swelling, redness and tenderness. When extra uric acid accumulates in our body, then crystals are formed in the joints, due to which there is pain and swelling.

Lupus : When the immune system attacks its own tissue, causing inflammation, it affects the joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart, and lungs.
